KS Services was born in 2015 as a small professional cleaning team serving residential communities and offices in its immediate surroundings. From day one we were clear about one idea: doing a seemingly simple job well makes all the difference, and clients who trust a good service end up needing many more.

That trust is what made us grow. The same clients who hired us for cleaning began asking us for small repairs, maintenance and, later on, complete refurbishments. Instead of referring them to third parties, we decided to take on each specialty and handle the work ourselves. That is how we went from providing one service to managing several under a single point of responsibility.

With the arrival of new health requirements we added professional disinfection with approved products, and shortly afterwards we expanded our activity into real estate services. Each new area responded to a real need our clients were already raising with us.

Today we operate throughout Spain, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. We remain a team that approaches every job as it did at the start: with closeness, responsibility and the conviction that work done well does not need to be sold, it is proven.
