Registered in the REA
Being registered in the REA, the official register that accredits contractors in the construction sector, is a legal requirement to subcontract on site in Spain (Law 32/2006). Registration proves that we meet all the technical, organisational and training requirements set by the regulations.
For a main contractor, working with a registered provider means complying with subcontracting regulations without taking on administrative risks. We keep our accreditation permanently up to date and make it available to the site management from the first contact.

Staff certified in occupational safety
All of our staff hold the occupational risk prevention training required by the construction sector agreement: 20-hour courses by trade and 60-hour courses for middle management. We keep health surveillance current and personal protective equipment inspected.
We provide the prevention documentation before setting foot on site, so the safety coordinator can validate access without delays. Prevention is not a formality for us: it is how we guarantee that every job ends without incidents.

Public Liability Insurance
We hold a high-coverage Public Liability policy that financially backs every action we carry out. In the event of any incident, the site management can be sure that there is an insurance policy that responds.
This backing reduces our clients' exposure and speeds up the resolution of any claim. We provide the policy certificate whenever the main contractor requests it.

Coordination platforms
We regularly work with the main CAE document management platforms: Nalanda, Obralia, e-coordina and similar. We upload and keep up to date all the coordination documentation (staff, machinery, insurance and certificates) required for site access.
This way, documentary coordination never slows down the progress of the work: when the team arrives on site, their access is already authorised and validated on the platform used by each client.
